In order to help you calculate the number of linear feet, we offer some explanations easy to follow and some examples
so you can better understand what to do.
What is a "linear foot" ? The linear measure is opposed to the area or volume measure as it reflects the
length in a straight line only. So the linear foot is 12 inches = 1 foot. To calculate a length,
the calculation method is the same in linear foot than regular walking.
How to take your measurements ? You must measure in inches the length of each wall where your cabinets will be installed,
and divide the sum by 12. This will give you the number of linear feet.
